Here’s what you need to know

How we’ll meet: All appointments are conducted by phone or video. Calls are recorded and you’ll get a copy of the recording after the appointment is completed.

How long our meeting will last: We’ll meet for 15 minutes because it’s enough time for me to gather enough information to see if I can help solve your problem.

What to expect: I’ll ask you a few questions, tell you whether I can help, and answer some questions to help you decide if we’re a good fit.

How much it costs: The goal of this meeting is for us to decide whether we should work together. There’s no charge because I’m not doing any work on your behalf or providing any personalized advice.

My policies about cancellation, rescheduling, or not attending the meeting: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 24 hours in advance because it’s the courteous thing to do. Don’t cancel or reschedule more than once, or I won’t meet with you in the future.

If you don’t attend a meeting, I won’t meet with you in the future.

We work with student loan borrowers nationwide. We represent people in state, federal, and bankruptcy court cases only in California and New York. If you live outside of California or New York, we cannot represent you in a court case and cannot provide legal advice or guidance on state law.
