Jay was thorough, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful. I feel the consultation fee was well worth my peace of mind.

Appointment Policies
How We Conduct Appointments: All appointments are conducted by Zoom. Meetings are recorded, and you’ll be given access to the recording after completing the appointment. You may also choose to have your appointment by phone or video chat (FaceTime, Google Hangouts, etc.), but we cannot record video chats.
Appointment Fee: An appointment fee of $295 is due no later than 5:00 pm the day before the meeting. You will receive an invoice by email once your appointment is scheduled, and you pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account information.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive credit for the full fee paid. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. You will be billed the full appointment fee if you do not join the meeting within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time.
We work with student loan borrowers nationwide. We represent people in state, federal, and bankruptcy court cases only in California and New York. If you live outside of California or New York, we cannot represent you in a court case and cannot provide legal advice or guidance on state law.
