Schedule Your Appointment
How We Conduct Appointments: All appointments are conducted by phone on our toll-free conference line. Calls are recorded, and you’ll be given access to the recording after the appointment is completed. You may also choose to have your appointment conducted by video chat (FaceTime, Google Hangouts, etc.), but we cannot record video chats.
Appointment Fee: There is an appointment fee of $295 which is due no later than 5:00pm the day before the meeting. You will receive an invoice by email once your appointment is scheduled, and you pay with a credit card, debit card or your bank account information.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you do not call into the conference line within 10 minutes of your appointment time, you will be billed for the full appointment fee.
We work with student loan borrowers nationwide. We represent people in state, federal, and bankruptcy court cases only in California and New York. If you live outside of California or New York, we cannot represent you in a court case and cannot provide legal advice or guidance on state law.
